    New job = no time

    Since I started with my new position at work. I have not had time to track nutrition, or to get much exercise. I'm just starting to track my food again now. I hope I'll keep it up, but I feel too busy to do it.

About Me

I have been doing my own version of weight watchers / Food Pyramid since Easter 2009. I cut out pop, and most caffeine. (No Diet Pops either!) I try to drink 45+ Ounces of water per day, and I am trying to incorporate more exercises to my health plan. I am trying to ride my bike 15 miles a week for the Summer.
