I got some really good motivation this morning!!!!! I lost another pound!!!! That's 16 since May 1st!!! I KNOW we both can stay motivated while on vacation!! We've worked too hard not to keep going! Have a great healthy time next week.

Congrats on the maint. while at the convention! Let's plan on walking 'the loop' tomorrow....want to? Now that I'm feeling better need to get motivated again!! Next week we are both off from work....scary thought huh? :0)

Got back from a 3 day convention and I am sitting at the same weight. At least I didn't gain any while I was gone. I am now determined to stay on the diet no matter where I am and go. Salads, soups, chicken, turkey and fish are now my best friends. I am going to cut back on the carbs and eat more veggies and fruits. Let's see if it works!

Thanks for walking 'the loop' with me. I thought our Project Overhaul class was great today! I am looking forward to the next 'guest speaker'. You have GOT to try something I found at Wal-mart tonight!!! YUMMMM!!!! Yarnell's Peach Mango, Coconut Sherbet!!! I had to actually create the food and I actually found the right picture to go with it. It is awesome. I'm thinking about buying another carton to keep at work for those sudden 'snack attacks'! Better than our choices in the vending machines! Hope you have a great night and NO I haven't played my DS tonight. :)
