The graph shows that I've lost 2.6 lbs, but I was at 170 before I started tracking, so it's really about 5 lbs.....arg....only 25 more to go....

Hey there
I lost a bit more way. It's slow goings. Going to do the 3 mile exercise today since I didn't yesterday. BUt, first some breakfast. Try the jello chocolate mousse....only 60 calories and YUMMY!! That and the wt. watchers fudge ice cream bars are my favs. Also the peanut butter filled dove sugar free chocolates. Mom

I really like the plain greek yogurt with a little Kashi on top and peaches. It's got as much protein as a chicken breast! So that and an egg for breakfast do the trick.
