    Just realized though I have taken in less calories the last two days ... I didn't meet my goals... since my goal was set at roughly 1800 to 2100. Am adjusting goal downward to correct. One day I plan to be a double A like Kelly

    Sleep disordered night eating is a big disappointment....at least you got to enjoy the food...I just have to suffer the consequences.
