Home Workout
You don’t need to join a gym in order to meet your fitness goals. You can do it all right in the comfort and safety of your own home. Last week I was at my cousin’s house. Before I left New York, my cousin called me up to tell me that he wanted to workout with me at home. He told me that I’d need to improvise because he didn’t want to go outside and he didn’t want to make a lot of noise. See, normally I would have just done a bunch of burpees, but burpees make a lot of noise. And if you’re working out on the second floor of a newly built house, the entire house is going to rock and creek. During my journey to New Jersey, I was thinking about a good program for my cousin. I knew that we’d have to do a lot of pushups and a lot of squats, but how would I make the workout interesting and challenging. My cousin isn’t exactly a beginner, but he isn’t advanced either. I had a plan of attack, but not a full plan. I decided to wing it. Find the workout here: http://shahtraining.com/2008/01/09/home-workout/
