    Headaches

I am resuming my lunch time walks and making sure to do a whole 30 minutes. Since my daily headaches and fatigue have finally let up (it has been 3 days in a row now), I finally have energy and will to resume my walking routine. I feel better and am now back to journalling as well. Topamax at 75mg/day. Averaging at 1900 calories post-period. I suspect the headaches may have been dehydration as I have tried drinking more water and the headaches passed when this strategy was put in place. Will continue drinking the same amount of water every day and hope the headaches to not come back. To combat evening hunger, I am switching my morning and afternoon snacks to 280g yogurt (doubling protein) and cutting out fruit to balance out the calories somewhat.

    Overtime

I stopped working overtime and started cooking dinner at home again. Evening snacking has stopped, since my dinners are quite filling. Weight is going down again! Yay!

    Glad i can help!

hey i'm happy my progress is helping u stay motivated! it's definitely not easy but it can definitely be done, nutrition is so important...you can exercise like a maniac but if you eat horribly right after you just wasted your time. That's one thing i always try to keep in my head so i don't cheat so much. Exercise is also key. Sometimes i'm tired and don't feel like it and i don't always finish my workouts like i originally had planned for that particular day but l ALWAYS get SOME form of activity in, even if it's just a 30 minute walk. Oh yeah, and the look on peoples faces that only know you as being fat and then when they see you thin. The look on their faces is PRICELESS!!!! Most of my relatives who haven't seen me in a long time couldn't stop starring at me in shock and kept asking me how i did it. It's really a great feeling. Oh yeah, another thing i like to do when i feel like cheating is watch motivational weight loss stories of people who have blogged about their own journeys on youtube. Keeps me pumped! Anyways stay strong and remember you are the controller of your own destiny, if you want this bad enough you will achieve it!

About Me

I work a desk job and I like computer games and reading, so my life is very sedentary. My favourite forms of exercise are stupidly long walks, DDR, Wii Fit, and exercise DVDs for cardio and yoga. My favourite foods are the volumetrics Chili and Salmon with Yoghurt Dill Sauce.
