    Me too. Arg!

    I'm in the same boat Paul. Way to go on not dwelling on it and simply getting back on the wagon! I have found that just tracking my food again helps me regain control of the situation. Slow and steady!

    Social weekends don't help weight loss

    gained 200g of fat over the weekend with bad eating and no exercise with to much socialising. Am working it off this week

    No problem!! Thanks for asking me to be a motivator! I've noticed that you haven't been logging your foods. Do you ever log them? Since nutrition is 80% of the equation, I think you should be using this site to keep you accountable.

About Me

Been overweight for most of my life and made a decision last year to end that cycle. Also I'm doing work with teenagers etc, studying and working fulltime this year so I need all the health and energy I can get! Also I have to know that I can do this as well!
