I Feel Like CRAP When I Don't Go Walking Now

I feel absolutely awful right now. Its been raining non-stop for the past 3-4 days and i haven't really been going walking. It doesn't feel great at all not doing something physical now. I've never been the person who's upset that they haven't been doing any workouts. I've always been someone who's wanted to just sleep all day and not doing anything strenuous. Don't make it a habit. Don't slip down into a rut. Do your alternatives and keep it going!!!

    Began Strength Training Today

My muscles already feel a bit sore, but that's a good thing! Start off small and light and progress at your own pace. Remember your post-workout meals!

I Keep Exercising Ever Single Day

WOW! I've gone from dreading workouts and skipping days multiple times to having consistently done some sort of exercise daily, 7 days straight! This is an excellent achievement that i'm very proud of. Keep it up and don't continue to make excuses. There's always something you can do. It is very easy to step it up.
