    Big Milestone today!

    For the first time in years (can't remember the last time), I did not eat all the food that was given to me. I always eat all the food and never care about how much calories. Today, I had way too many cashews and lunch, so I ate half of each and brought the rest home to eat for dinner. THIS IS HUGE for me. Weight loss is on for sure!!!!
