About Me
So I am a 27 year old Vietnamese girl who weighs absolutely too damn much! LOL now that is not an over exaggeration, I'm not one of those girls who says "I'm fat! I need to lose weight." who really doesn't and only says that cause she wants attention. When I say I can use to lose 100 pounds I mean it and even after losing 100 pounds I'd still be at a healthy weight. I am realistic about my weight, and although I have learned to love me for exactly who I am I do know that I need to lose weight. I woke up one morning 2 years ago and was diagnosed with RA, so life has been a little rough. I am trying to get healthy not only to look better but most of all feel better physically.

Not working
K so I need to get down to 185 by next Thursday, well it's not happening cause I haven't lost a single pound in 2 weeks! So I am cutting down my eating cause I think without noticing I've been eating a little bit more. I am changing my workout again and hopefully that way by next Thursday I can at least lose 2 or 3 pounds. Wish me luck!

New workout
So my friend Stephanie has me on a new workout routine, I do cardio and weights when I workout. And it is totally working! I've lost 3 pounds since Saturday! Its so amazing =), so my new short term goal is to lose 5 pounds by November 1. That will bring me down to 190! Whoo hooo! Maybe with any luck by Thanksgiving I'll be down to 185. Its so completely amazing to me, I never thought I could get this far, the goal always seemed so far away, but now its not so bad anymore.

Sucks
Guess its time to change up my workout routine, in the last 2 weeks I've only lost 1 pound!! Well acutally its more like in the last week cause the week before I wasn't really working out cause I wasn't geeling too well. So no more eliptical glider for a few weeks time to hit the treadmill on a very high incline so that way hopefully the pounds will fall off! I'm hoping to be down to 190 by Thanksgiving before I go to Ohio. =) Wish me luck! Oh yea I am down 2 pants sizes too!!! Im not down to a size 16, its freaking amazing!

Damn
I haven't lost a single pound in the last week and I need to lose 3 pounds by the first to reach my goal of 8 pounds a month. I guess I should stop eating the crap I have been eating huh?

So hard!
OMG last night was the worse. I really need people to go the gym with me so i can make myself go. I really had to battle with myself to go last night. And when I finally did get out the door and was at the gym I had to really talk myself into staying for the entire workout! It was so bad! I mean its good I stayed cause I reached a new high in calorie burn, I burned 446 calories on the eliptical machine! I was excited then proud I got myself motivated to go and motivated enough to do my entire workout. But man was it so hard.
