    Title...

Hey thanks for messaging me haha. I'm still very much on track but I'm using Fitday PC (not the online one) to track foods/exercises. I started my first week of weight training (I did plenty of cardio as well) and feel amazing.

Day 1! Time to do this

I think for the food portion/calorie tracking I'll be using Fitday PC and posting those images as progress images. I'm not used to the calorie tracking of this site and it is a little restrictive being as I'm not a Pro member, I'll include all of the exercise and weight goal portions. Anyways, no weight training today as I've got the fitness test tomorrow, but I will still be doing 9km of walking with a heavy backpack for cardio. Here's to living clean and healthy.

    The Plan...

The plan is very simple: Eat well and within my caloric limit, workout and drastically cut down the beer. Limit carbs and eat more vegetables/protein. I've got a fitness test on Tuesday so I won't be doing any muscle exercises on Monday so that I can perform 100% at that test, but I will be doing cardio. I will be walking to and from work until the cold Winnipeg winter hits, thats an extra 9km a day of exercise. If you happen to come by this profile say and wish to say a few words of encouragement, it'd be appreciated. It's my fault I let myself get to this, but now I'm excited at the prospect of losing it and living healthy. Shoutout to Fittit!

    Time for a Change!

I've let myself go way too much and now it is time for a change. Bad eating habits, lots of beer and a very sedentary job have led me to where I'm at right now. At 200 lbs I cannot let myself get further into decline, time to step it up for my body and health.
