P90X Week 3
I've just done day 1 of week 3 and I'm still a little incredulous of my progress. I guess I didn't really have much confidence that I'd be able to go through with this program, but here I am (so far, anyway). Day one - chest and back + abs - is probably the worst because it always makes me sick at the end. So I start thinking I'll give up soon, because it's making me feel ill; however, P90X appears to be so well designed that I then do day 2 and despite it being difficult, it's different enough that I can finish it. And on, and on until another week's done. I hope I can keep it up. :-)

The Laundry Room
Finally tried out my idea to exercise using a gap between two washing machines. Four simple exercises: pushups, leg lifts, dips and chest dips. Started simple with 10, 8, 6 reps execept for the chest dips, which was the last exercise and so I only managed 3, 2, 1 with great effort. Feeling a bit of a pump afterwords which I suppose is a sign that I haven't exercised in a long while, but also could mean the workout is pretty good. Looking forward to see if I can stick to it.
