Penguintastic's Journal
Hopefully
Ok I keep saying I'm back but god knows if I'll be able to keep up to date. So here goes, stopped because lost ipod and couldn't switch on laptop to update every meal. Then took over company and too busy. But going to try and get back to putting in food so I can track how bad I'm being. On the plus side I'm working out regularly, got myself some kettlebells and actually got a routine planned and it seems to be working. Also trying to eat healthier for 90% of the time. Tough Mudder looms and I have so much to do and so little time.

Been away now i'm back
Took a few days off god nly knows how much weight I've gained. Hence not updating my calories or exercise (the shame). I know that exercise is good for stress but the actual motivation to exercise is also destroyed by stress. Anyway I'm not on top of things but I can't have the guilt of destroying my body weighing down on me as well. So today things are back to normal. Sorry about the gripe and the pathetic excuses :)

Stress
Stressful night followed by stressful morning intersperced with eating junk. Going to get back on top of things but turns out I use food when I'm stressed and when I'm relaxed. Oh well lets see if I can increase my will power.

zombie apocalypse...
good for you...you never know when a 28 days later might really happen. If so avoid the cities and find yourself a shotgun. Scotland is a good place to be in a zombie apocalypse...I hear they're not too good with hills AND you can hide in the mist so they can't see you :)
