About Me
I recently lost 80 lbs by, quite simply, eating less. However the quality of my food has slipped and I never was quite able to get the fitness thing down. At this point, losing weight is not my main goal. Cleaning up my eating habits, adding muscle tone, and increasing my cardiovascular fitness are what I'm after.
