500 lbs
Made it to 500 lbs for Squat, Calf Raises, and Shrugs last Friday. Going to keep up my max weight trend all week until I get home!

Beginning Week 1 Cycle 2 of HST
So today I get to start working out again after a week of mando rest IAW the HST program I am on. The previous 8 weeks of exercise showed some excellent growth in size and strength. My high weights for Squat, Calves and Shruges was 405 lbs, 185 lbs for incline bench and, and 145 lbs for upright rows. I was Shoulder pressing 160 lbs, Curling 125 lbs, and doing 110 lbs for Skull crushers. Dips have dramatically increased to the point of using a 25 lb dumb bell to add weight. Pull ups still suck ass though. With all my other improvements, these should have improved too. I imagine part of it must be mental. Looks like I have 8 good weeks ahead of me to either prove or disprove that theory.

Today I did the rope and choke for the PRT tomorrow. I am down to 17%!!! I was around 24-25% at the beginning of deployment. Even the tracker on here had to double check and said it seemed like too much of a drop. Seriously! It came back and said "Are you sure?" LOL!

Plateau.
So for the past two weeks I haven't lost any weight, but I haven't gained any inches on my waist. Today I gained a pound but my waist is still the same. I'm Squatting and Shrugging 340lbs, so I know I'm gaining muscle, but am still 15 lbs from my goal.

23 lbs down and only 19 lbs to go until I reach my goal of 220!! Awesome!!!!! Here's to keeping up two a days and eating right!
