About Me
I'm an overweight twenty something brit. I'm interested in being healthy and being able to do more with my body, and am another HAES (Health At Every Size) believer. I'm always going to be big, and I'm not going to screw my self over with negative thinking and diet talk. I just want to do the things I enjoy, and keep an eye on my improving physical prowess. I like swimming, belly dancing, hiking and horse riding. Please ignore my 'weight goal', I can't seem to delete it.

Long time no see
A nice long break, and an extra 30lbs that was. Anyways, I'm horse riding again, and it made me realise that I am always going to be someone who works to live. I don't care that much about my job if my home life is happy. Horse riding is an amazing exercise, if a little uneven. I've had better results from a month of that than anything else I've tried in the past. I mix in a little bit of walking and try to swim once a week, although driving lesson have got in the way of that quite often.

Swimming
Swimming is interesting. Despite not going to the gym (and thus lacking strength, or so I thought) I was able to swim much more easily and also more intensively for longer. I could do more lengths of freestyle than I used to be able to. It was really good fun, and I enjoyed it. A nice workout at lunch for when I don't have time to go to Tai Chi or go Hiking.

Quick update
Right. well. I need to call and make a physio appointment. I've been having some knee trouble and it sounds like my knee caps might be misaligned. Also I have PCOS, which means a low GI 'diet'. Gah. I hate diets.

Good Job
Good Job my UK buddy! When you walk, do you walk with an iPod? I do and it helps so much! I usually listen to podcasts instead of music. There are tons of podcasts out there, what ever your interests are. Stay consistent, Lee
