NEW YEAR CHALLENGE
Alight -- read my post 6 months ago... but weighed in this week at 206... 5 pounds is not the progress I'm looking for. So, new year, new me. Here's the challenges I signed up for: - Drop 10 Challenge - Maintain not Gain Challenge - 905 Skinny Living Challenge - COE Weight Loss Challenge I have no excuse this year. Starting this week, at least 5 workouts a week. Track the progress.
