I did it!
I achieved my personal goal of burning 3500 calories in one week (actually in 5 days). It really taught me a few things! 1: Eat before working out. I used to go to the gym at 6:30 am, but wouldn't eat breakfast until I got back. Eating breakfast and going a little later meant I had much more energy and was able to do cardio for much longer. 2: Burning 700 cals per day for 5 days was too much at my current level. It was really hard and this morning, Monday, my legs are still sore so I know they haven't yet fully recovered. 3: Stretch! Especially after the work out during the warm down period. 4: Tell people! I told people on twitter that I was doing this, not that anyone really cared it did help motivate me to keep on going so that I could tell them at the end of the week, I DID IT! 5: Recovery! I realise this is the first time I've worked hard on my cardio, but I certainly don't want to cause injury, so I think I'll let my legs recover and then step it down a notch for the next time. 6: I don't actually want to lose masses of weight, just fat. So for me taking off a couple of pounds is OK but I don't want to drop down too much, this makes eating more important. Normally it's what to remove from my diet, but now it's balancing between eating good stuff and how much cardio, to make sure I benefit from them both.

I've set my set the goal to burn 3500 calories in one week! Am I mad? Does anyone want to be mad with me?

Title...
Wow things are going really slowly now, even my progress pics it's hard to tell. But I feel like I'm on the right track and more importantly I'm enjoying my work outs.
