    Thank you

I really enjoy squats. Well, I guess it's more of a love/hate with them, actually. You know what I mean, I'm sure! Yesterday, I was doing some jump squats with backward lunges without any additional weights, so that was a great way to help mix up the routine. Your body combat routine - is that one of the Les Mills classes?

    Loser Last Night

Did you watch Biggest Loser last night? I felt sorry for the lady with the White Team, the walk over the narrow plank over the pool.

About Me

Well I'm a computer geek from the UK, between degrees and between jobs at the moment! I have a BSc (Hons) in Games Computing (Software Development). I practice martial arts and love weight lifting. I started putting a lot of weight on in my early twenties even though I was quite active, It's taken doctors 10 years to find out there is a problem! I love weight lifting, I took it up as a hobby a while ago and I love how powerful and strong it makes me feel. It makes me feel good about my body for the first time. I also love Martial Arts having studied various types of Martial Art most recently being on my University Shito-Ryu Karate squad.
