Well... my laziness carried on for another week.
Got back on the Elliptical today for a VERY tough 30 minute workout. Damn... keeping my motivation up is hard. Lets try it again!

Lost a Little Motivation Last Week. Hopefully Its
The last week to ten days has been tough. Too much going on... so I fell off the wagon a bit. Today I feel much better. Working hard to get back on track!

Lost just over 10 lbs and am feeling SO much better in SO many ways. It took a while, but I am finally in that zone.

Elliptical Progress
Felt real good on the elliptical today. When I started on December 26th, I did 20 minutes at Level 1. Every day I got on the elliptical (except for about 5 low motivation days) , I increased the time by 1 minute or the level by 1 level. I am now up to level 5 for 30 minutes. At that rate, I am burning about 560 calories just on the elliptical. My blood pressure has been great and pulse is way down.

Joined the Push-up Challenge
Hmmm... probably not such a great idea. I have to press 260lbs. Oh well... I can at least try... even if in small increments to start. Just did 20 and I'm felling it. How did I get so out of shape?
