About Me
I grew up eating healthy, so naturally eating right is second nature. I exercise on a regular basis also. I have had a "large frame" since high school. I am healthy, but want to get toned and lose inches. My goal is to be 40lbs less. Starting now...

So hard struggling with workouts

Running!
I've started running. Oh my gosh it is a challenge. I can only finish my goal milage with a run/walk/hill. I did 4 miles on the treadmill yesterday and walked the dogs for 2 miles with my Dad. This morning no luck getting up early, but I did get home and run/walk for three miles, no stop. ( just for water) i am hoping I can get there come May. I think as long as I keep us this schedule as long as I finish, may take awhile, I'll be satisfied! Also, will weigh myself tomorrow, and record. However, I have gained back a few pounds from 160. I think maybe 3 might just be from my period and water weight. I predict I will go up and then back down under 160 but will know next week!

Late night out
Ah, yes, I went out last night. Way too tired to get up this morning and exercise. I feel guilty:( I will exercise after work but it will be a challenge. I had fun last night, but out too late.

YES
I met a calorie goal yesterday! SO this is good news because I don't want to gain weight! HA! Anyway, hope it's working definitely need to get some strength training in there. This is when curves would have come in handy. haha. Oh well, treadmill today 25 min. Hating it! But I did it and shoveled snow (hated it) HA! School stuff to do possibly the library also. I think to get out of the house; get ideas on lessons. I will be good for me then, maybe gym tonight; yeah right! We'll see !
