25 years old and have finally realized that I'm not immortal... bummer. As such, I've been hitting the gym since before Christmas. I'm not looking to get Uber-ripped or anything, just to feel a bit more confident in my own skin. Hopefully putting everything out there will help me to stay focussed and motivated!

Cool dude :) I go by miles by the way. 9.3 miles is great! I myself went on a 3.85 mile run today and was wiped!

injury
Well over the last 5 years I have had 2 tears on each hamstring and i just aggravated it again. I do sprints in athletics and play american football, all high speed stuff so it puts a lot of pressure on my hamstrings. Should be fine in 2 weeks though.

Sounds awesome!!! How long was your long run today?? If you don't mind me asking :). I have something similar to your GPS... it's called Nike+. It's just a watch that connects with a sensor on my shoe that tracks my miles, time, pace, calories, miles per week, and time! I LOVE it! Thanks buddy :D I think I was leaning back too far as well now that I think about it. That pose is difficult! My strain is quite alright. Today is the 5th day of not lifting/deloading. I haven't worked out seriously since Wednesday. Yesterday I did some ab/forearm/and calf work but that's about it. I'm hoping to be back into it by Monday or Tuesday!
