Finally maintaining and no more moaning
So all that moaning and griping about my weight and bang, it sorts itself out. The no wheat started to work and that detox sorted me out. Ever since I did the Madal Bal back in August 5 months ago now, I made it to 145, put on 2lbs (10st 7lbs) and have stayed between 10st 5lbs and 10st 8lbs. I just put on about 3lbs at Christmas so am curbing back, but at the mo I am 150lbs or 10st 10lbs and am planning to stay here. Phew! Teaching pole fitness about 11 hrs a week so that really helps, but no cardio so want to make it back to the gym this year. Gym and less alcohol are my resolutions.... wish me luck

Drastic measures
OK, so although I was eating the best I possibly could, my body wanted to maintain at the weight I was. So I detoxed - I do it twice a year with the Madal Bal syrup and LOVE IT - so much energy and you feel so good, and the weight melts off (as it should considering you don't eat anything). So I made it after 12 days to 145lbs (from 162lbs a loss of 16lbs in 12 days) and now here is where I would like to maintain and if poss, drop another 8.5lbs (I have put 2 back on since reintroducing food - which again is to be expected). So, I shall slowly come back up to my previous intake and hopefully my body will allow me to maintain at 10.4ish instead of 11.8ish....

make that 4 people
So something must be going on with the shape of me, so why not the weight of me? Don't get me wrong, I am not bothered about how heavy I am, just how heathly and which clothes I fit into. But don't you think it's weird that 4 people have now commented on how much weight I must have lost and how good I look and yet I am STILL 11.7ish.. Minimal Alcohol, mnimal dairy, minimal wheat seems to be sculputuring me a bit... Cool!

YAY!!!
Freakily enough, I have not lost any real weight, just a few lbs, but people have started to really comment on how toned and slim I look - I always felt like I was, cos of my fitness, but as what's going in has changed the look of my body is changing too - who cares if I don't loose weight as long as my body looks leaner - Woop woop! I did over 8hr of pole just this weekend, so I am just getting stronger and stronger....
