yesterday 177 pound squats
yeah! but ouch today and that's not a bad thing. deadlift 98 pounds x 2 sets of 10. last time was not a fluke. deadlift sure kills the rest of the workout though. hanging leg raises now at 10 pounds (8 pounder was taken), harder but still possible. down to 15 reps from 20.

Miscalculated and deadlifted 98 pounds, oh my!
No wonder it was so hard! Weight is currently at 143.6 (+2.5 pounds!! in one week). Either I've been eating too much bread or something is seriously awry. Will remeasure on Thursday.

Bogus
Yep, so I started eating more to hit these goals & go figure I start putting on weight. All fancy science aside, eat more=weight more. Ergo, enough of this before I get so fat I can't get into my pants. Returning to regular eating, ahhhh. Plus it's a pain to try to stuff all the cal/fat/carb/pro required...

Good progress in abs today
20 x 8 pounds x 3 sets. Yeah! And... back up to 2 minutes plank, now on the bosu.
