went out today and bought a jump rope and a power cord for some strength training. used the cord and i like it. haven't jumped rope yet but i hear it's one of the best ways to burn them calories. i did speed walk for 40 mins today as i finishing listening to last mondays "in the loop"

Just for myself
I may not be all the fat, but im getting older and my body could deff use the help to get healthy and in shape and i think it would be awesome to maybe try and run a marathon sometime next year.
