pmdonnelly's Journal
Title...
Took a day off on Thursday to get some extra rest. Seemed to pay off for Friday workout. Did have much of an appetite, so I ate less on Friday. Still felt full from eating Wednesday and Thursday. Gained some weight too. My weight seems to fluctuate within a four or five pound zone. Over the long haul, if it is trending downward, then I'm doing what is right.

Splenda
Have you tried Splenda? I put a couple spoonfuls in my oatmeal every morning and use it for other stuff whenever sugar is required. Seems to work fine for me and tastes pretty good.

Good Day Off
Used the meal planner function for the first time yesterday. Started today, and already I've skipped a meal.... not hungry enough to eat what I planned. Looks like a valuable program. I like the way that I could see how I would end up for the day. Still having a hard time trying to eat so many calories, but I don't want to lose muscle mass. Protein is still a hard nutrient for me to get enough.
