My friend and first-year medical student, "Motivator" Melissa Morotta, is surveying heart rate monitor users (like you?) and hopes to post a legitimate research project that might be of use to the exercise community (DailyBurners? This study is being conducted by the University of Vermont College of Medicine. The purpose of this study is to assess the thoughts and experiences that individuals may have while exercising with heart rate monitors. You will be asked to answer a series of questions about what you think about while you exercise with your heart rate monitor, which should take approximately ten minutes to complete. You should respond with your “gut” responses that immediately come to mind after reading each question. All information you provide is anonymous. Your participation in this study is fully voluntary and you may choose not to participate. The results of the investigation may be published."

Hola, Hombre!
Yes, traveled up to your beautiful region through Saturday. Wish we had more time to explore the interior, but mostly stayed on the coast. Wonderful trip...and I did quite well to restrain myself from overindulging the excellent food, wine, cheeses/dairy up that way. The heavy influence of French cuisine made the food + San Sebastian Pintxos a little too complex for my kids, but we enjoyed everything about the visit very much. The overcast skies and cool was perfect for travel!
