Hi! I haven't been on here in over a year - I'm sorry I haven't helped motivate you. However, I see you haven't been here for a while either. I hope things are going well for you and your littlies. Have you still been exercising? I've got to try and get back into a healthy lifestyle, so maybe we can egg each other on? :)

Hope the last couple of weeks have been better for you. I agree, weekends are hard. Sometimes it works for me to make a plan on Friday and stick to it. Don't be too hard on yourself :)

Bah
Feeling so terrible, like it's all too hard!!! My weekends always let me down - don't ever seem to get any exercise in, and always eat badly. Sigh.

it went...
lol. I made it about a mile and a half before I wanted to keel over and die! today ate nothing but pita bread, hummus, fruit, and grilled shrimp. pretty good i think! Yay for not putting on weight! yeah apparently everyone here ate like mad men this weekend for labor day but i ate less than normal. i need to go for a walk but my ipod is gone and no one will walk with me :( i get lonely lol Good luck for the rest of the week and keep me updated!

Happy Thursday to me
Okay, awful weekend, and the effects lingered until this morning...well, never let it be said I couldn't start again on a Thurs...back to the gym, did some weights, a bit of cardio. Starving hungry now, guess that's probably a positive sign! Didn't make it to 74kg by yesterday, but got to 74.3....so I reckon I can make it to 74 by Saturday morning weigh in.
