16-Week Abs
I started the 16-week abs workout about three weeks ago, but this would be officially day 4 of week 3. I am already able to run further and longer. I have gone from 2 pull-ups to about 9, non-consecutively. I've only lost a couple pounds so far, but since I signed up with gyminee, I've lost about 7-8.

Day 1
Well, I signed up today hoping that with something tangible that I can use to refer to my progress, I might actually get back into shape. I am not too overweight, but I am definitely not where I used to be not where I want to be. My biggest obstacle will be getting over my lack of sweat. It renders workouts nearly unbearable and certainly undesirable. I hope that I can overcome this and other obstacles to succeed in meeting my goals.
