Hey Kate good to see you still get on here from time to time... and your a pro! Have you used the mealplan feature yet or checked out the workout calendar now available? Its cool becuase it shows you everything you should be doing and also all the times youve met your calorie goals in the past. pretty cool.

Hey kate I heard you were a bit tired this morning - some troublesome group must have kept you out late. hahaha anyways I really enjoyed your tasting party and we are excited for our BIG TS shipment to arrive. Get outdoors this weekend if you can for some exercise - the weather is supposed to be great! If you have never done centennial lake I highly Highly recommend it. Its a perfect 5K.

Just some motivation
I get scared when I see you not recording your food entries. However, I know that you are now more aware of the calorie content in the foods you eat. Lets get back into recording your nutrition log for another week or two, just to solidify your progress. Also Kate its been a while since we've caught up - you can call me anytime even if its just to talk about scotties new sports camp. ALSO, Doug and I will be at the vitamin shoppe in columbia this saturday from 10-3ish. We will be doing fitness tests and talking to customers for a bit - why don't you stop by for a free fitness test and to chat it up with us for a bit.

Shamrock shake....
Nutrition log is back up and running- just didn't have time on the computer til now... McDonalds has shamrock shakes.... but I was good and passed on the shake! Kinda blew the fats- oops
