Nice Road Biking Lately!
Man, I wish I could get out there for a 25 mile ride. I can't seem to squeeze in more than an hour here or there. Keep up the rides, looks like you are doing great!

Good Luck on your weight loss. Start loggin your food, it is a great way to keep you "honest" on your journey. And to make you aware of how what you eat affects your weight the next two days. I use the app on the iPhone and my morning ritual is bathroom, weigh in, record it on the app. Works for me. Good Luck, Jason

Congratz! on the Biking Challenge so far.
Nice post on the Biking challenge! Keep it up. I'm just getting into biking, and it's a challenge, but I always end feeling better than I did when I started!
