Just checking in
How are you? 500 crunches a day Ouch. . . I only do like maybe 40 - 48 (three sets of 10 to 12), but then again I hold a weight behind my head.

Thank you for your support. everything has finally clicked. I feel better, am eating right and working out consistently. How are you doing on your 500 crunches goal? That sounds really hard.

Whatever gets you going!
It doesn't have to be Dailyburn. Just stick with whatever keeps you moving towards your goal, whether it is DB, BM Fit, or both. The end result is what matters!
