    Egg Recipe

I have an egg regimen with 1 egg, 3 egg whites, just throw it in the pan with a little spray, and then i put a couple of tablespoons of pico de gallo and let it set in like an omelette. When it is on the plate, I put another 2 tablespoons of salsa, and sometimes have a couple of slices of turkey bacon on the side. Full of protein, low fat, low calorie and tastes great. You can get the pico de gallo already cut up in the produce section for ease of use, like I do.

    What I've Been Eating Recently

For carbs, I recently added rolled oats into my diet. For a quick meal, I take one cup of the stuff, toss in a whey scoop, a spoon of natural peanut butter, and water. I nuke it for about 30 seconds, and voila. I don't bother with precooking the oats in a pot. That is just annoying. For protein, I've recently switched from regularly eating scrambled eggs to poached eggs after discovering just how good it tastes! This is also super easy to make in the microwave. I use a little tea cup half-filled with water, toss in the egg, and nuke it for about 45 seconds. The whites are silky, and the yolk is beautifully runny.

    Goals

It looks like you are so close to your goal. I guess that you are focusing on muscle weight versus body fat. I am at the point where I really need to start focusing on the weight training. Weight loss is good, but at some point strength and endurance becomes just as important.

    "Next Generation"

So much change happening to everything DailyBurn EXCEPT for Tracker - the most important of all. 3 years on this platform and the only big change is the addition of "sleep tracker"...which has yet to find it's way to the iPhone app, also another component of DailyBurn Tracker desperately needing an update. /rant
