vegetarian
hey, yeah, it's probably easier here in the U.S. to be a vegetarian, but it is definitely not the norm.. i have no idea the actual number but i'd say it's less than 5% of the population.. i think probably some areas in the U.S. are easier than others, where i live it is more common, but say like in a state like Texas it is known as "meat and potatoes" so i doubt it is easy there.. like at restaurants i go to, there may be 50 choices and maybe one will be vegetarian.. like all the restaurants have at least one dish..

Navy SEAL Training + TACFIT Commando
Just wrote up a new post over in http://blog.getbigslowly.com. I wrote on a research article released by the Navy Research Dept that outline the carb intake insufficiencies of the Navy SEALs when compared to other special ops, and also on a brilliant training package that teaches the exact training routines used by special ops forces around the world. Read it!

hi
yes.. it is a big difference losing the 30+lbs.. the biggest thing that i didn't foresee was like losing the weight all over, like the skin on my back is thinner, my fingers, etc.. those are the things i really notice more than anything.. yeah, regards to my weight jumping up recently, you know i'm trying to go vegetarian so i totally changed my diet, so as when i've experimented before and seen my weight jump, my guess is that it has nothing to do with fat or muscles, it has to do with water retention.. so like sodium or other aspects of my food, not that i have been eating more, just different..
