    Wowww

    So today I ate some donuts :( my dad wanted me to pick some up so I ate three...and i feel like crap...no more sweets for me and I ate Ponderosa yesterday but what I noticed is that since I ate a salad and then one plate of food and desert is that I had no appetite the rest of the day and I felt sick... so now I'm gonna load up on some protein the rest of the day. Felt great to walk for 2 miles and then I worked on doing some step aerobics, but only lasted 5 minutes, lol, forgot how tiring that is...I'd like to work my way up to 30 minutes or so but with the way my knee was feeling I had to stop before I hurt it een more...gotta build up to that point :) And I'm still losing weight even with my bad eating habits the past couple days...can't wait to get back on track and exercise some more!

    Thanks Tressa :) You're the bestest! Hoping for another 5 before Wednesday, we will see!! :) Really gonna focus on the diet and an occasional exercise if I can fit it in! Got a big Anatomy exam Wednesday :(
