All of this exercising has definitely improved my energy levels, stamina, and strength. I've gotten to the point where missing a couple days of exercise in a row leaves me feeling drained, which is good in terms of motivation. My goal is to lose weight at a healthy pace of 5lbs a month. I am going to rein in my calorie intake and see if it helps me get closer to that goal pace.
