Knee Issues
Taking this week off to rest my knee. I don't think it's seriously hurt at this point, but there is an odd twinge if I move it a certain way and I think it's from increasing my squat too fast. Going to rest it and then reset my squat to a lower weight. Hopefully, this will avoid anything serious happening. Thanks for the motivation, jokeyxero :)

Scale Malfuncions
It looks like the scale I was using is totally b0rked and I thought I'd lost more weight than I really had. I got a digital scale that is much more accurate.

Hey was just wondering, I noticed you use Rippetoes starting strength programme, did it work for you? How much mass did you aquire? Did your max's go up by much also? Thank you for your time

Cut My Hand
I was supposed to start a new workout yesterday and get back on track, but I ended up doing a 10hr shift at work and was too tired to lift. If that isn't bad enough, I cut the webbing of my hand, so I'll probably be out of commission for at least another week. Meh...
