Hey dude. You try Kroger's chicken. 4lb bags for $9.98, only seen them at fred meyers. But these bags have the biggest breasts in them, each probably reaching easily 50g of protein. Check'em out, I priced it out and they are the best value, and sometimes on sale. Top notch shiz dude, lets keep this ball rollin.

What do you have planned bro, I going for 1hr of fat burning cardio. Maybe some stair stepping or stationary bike, have decided yet.lol. I kinda feeling the Arson starting to peak. I have to take the stuff right before my workout or it wont get me through the whole thing. I need more juice!

Cheating isn't good.
On your diet! I did so good yesterday, until that evening. It was my friend's Birthday so we went over there to spend it with her, while there I ended up eating four HUMONGOUS steak burritos, complete with sour cream, two big slices of chocolate cake, and two 40oz. bottles of Bud light. needless to say my body does not like me today, and I've been kicking myself in the ass for it all day! Before I fell of the wagon I never had a problem turning down foods that I needed to not eat, never touched alcohol, basically lived off the blandest forms of chicken breast and oatmeal. So why is it so hard this time around? what the hell happened to my will, to my self control? argh! lol!

New to this....
Deffinately not new to fitness and bodybuilding, I did however fall off the wagon over the last year or so thanks to moving across country twice, and well, lets face it, gettin fat and lazy... lol, but I am however back at it again, and enjoying every minute :)
