No sugar, chocolate, cheese, peanut butter or yogurt today. Lots of fresh veggies. I am full after a delicious dinner of pork and veggie stir fry with rice and beans. Had egg veggie scramble for breakfast with fruit, spinach salad and bean soup for lunch. Fruit for snack. Definitely feeling the sugar cravings. Had a great day outside and was productive. Slept pretty good last night, got up at 730 for work. Feeling very fat. Amazed at how fast I can plump out.

Got home from my mission today and ate a ton of peanut butter on dark chocolate before taking a 4 hour nap. Woke up late for a meeting and didn't have time to eat/was still full from peanut butter. I probably ate about a 1/4-1/2 cup of peanut butter. I was out of peanut butter for several days and think I am addicted. Feel like a fatty. BBQ after the meeting, ate like an empty pit. meat, beans, potatoes. Ate two peaches. Went for an evening bike ride, gorgeous out. Back in my room ate an orange and some tea. Am going to try to go to bed early and have a good day tomorrow. Need a schedule. Need a routine.

Pooped today. Drank to much last night but had fun dancing. Got about 5 hours of sleep. Did not drink with friends today. Went hiking and out to dinner. Ate gluten. Wrap for breakfast (hangover food), bread with dinner (a yummy butter spread with herbs), and a small piece of a thin crust pizza. (have been craving pizza) Loved some ice cream for desert. Hiking was great, sweat buckets. Have been eating lots of fresh fruit I got from the market. It is delicious.

Sleep 101
Slept well on the plane for about 4 hours 1800-2200. Slept for another hour on the flight back at about 0800. Got back to my room at 1400 and slept till 1800 after consuming a complete package of planter trail mix. Am going to look like a sumo wrestler. Will try to go to bed at 2400 and wake up at 0800ish. We'll see. Am feeling fat. I eat to much. I can see the hamburger I ate has attached itself to my hips. I have been eating what ever when ever I want. Would like to acquire a minimalist attitude toward food. Did good not eating gluten today and yesterday. Hoping to see a difference tomorrow. Its easy when I feed myself. It seems to be when I go out to eat or am fed by others that I have a hard time refraining from the delicious temptations. Still no alcohol. Going biking tomorrow.

Feeling Awful out of whack and stressed. Was in the states over the weekend and ate terrible. Feeling bloated. Sleep is screwed up and I fly again tomorrow so will probably continue to be screwed up. Am trying to fill a void with food. Not sure what the void is. On the brighter side of things I just cooked a yummy potato bean and veggie skillet! I did miss my glass of wine while cooking, but it was not necessary. Am really feeling the need to eliminate gluten but have been terrible. I ate a hot dog at the baseball game. A hamburger at five guys a "must try," from people I was with. I went to the grocery to get gluten free crackers and picked up some gf cookies as well. Ate all the cookies in my hotel room. One day I would like to be able to keep goodies in my house without fear of eating them all in one sitting.
