30 Day Shred
So I'm about to start day 3 of the 30 Day Shred. It is a workout that is definitely kicking my butt. My arms and legs are so sore, but I am determined to stick with this workout for 5 days a week. I really like this workout because the moves are simple. There are no complicated dance moves (good for people with no coordination like me lol). But just because the moves are simple doesn't mean they are not challenging. The workout is only 20 minutes long, but I sweat more with this workout than any other workout I've ever done. Well let me get off of the computer so I can get in my workout for today while I still have my motivation :)
