Do You Have The Old App?
I am looking for the one which was compatible with iOS3.1.3 and in the process I came across your profile. I ask because I have recently downgraded from iOS4 to iOS 3 on my 3G (yes I haven't upgraded) It was my mistake not to have kept a copy of it either. Well, I know it is not supported anymore but I would prefer using that then Safari.

Title...
I'm confused on if it's normal or not to feel like I haven't done enough after a workout. My workout routine is 42 minutes long, mostly pilates.
