    Catching Me Up

    Heh I see you are catching me up on the weight lifting challenge as I haven't been able to train for 5 day (at the gym anyhow). Think I'm going to dig out the weights but the heaviest one I have is 5kg - that's way too light. Guess I could hold two in one hand and do curls or something. Necessity is the mother of inventiion and all that.

    Cardio + indoors = painful, except maybe tennis. Even with T.V. it's still just like damn, what the hell.

    Snooze...

    To be honest, most cardio done in the gym bores me to tears, it's just a necessary evil so I stick with it. Stationary biking hurts your butt big time! Give me some dumbells any day.

    Bike Rollers

    Are killing me. I honestly have no clue how you guys use stationary bikes. I mean, using the rollers is a little different clearly, there is all the crazy balance and what not, but I can go out in the park and bike for hours, but get on the rollers and damn, 30 minutes that I'm bored to tears. My hats off to you stationary bikers!
