300 workout
I stopped the 300 workout plan and began a more traditional one. The 300 plan seems to be a good one to use to benchmark your fitness but it's too short to use in practice. Too short and too hard.

Six days into the 300 (200 reps)
I think I am starting to feel something. I've lost a little weight. Since this workout is done so quickly, I've been skeptical about it's effectiveness. We'll see after 30 workouts.

Big 4
I subscribed to a new workout today, the 3 day split with the big 4. I'm going to continue the 300 for the rest of the month of November, then try the big 4. I'm thinking I will use this plan: 300 for 6 weeks, big 4 for 4- then alternate these plans.
