A Good Check Up - I do something similar to this once every 3 months to see where I need improvement and what I'm working too much. Just a disclaimer (at the risk of sounding like a pretentious douche) while this was indeed done by the actors and trainers for the film, this is not what they did everyday, the key to getting the sculpting and strength (not 'strong' air muscle like supplement takers and aging ex-high school football players) is switching up your workout so that you don't get your body into a routine, or else you stop seeing significant improvement. Its still a lot of fun to do as a challenge on days you either feel like crap or feel like working your body into the ground.

I dont update this very often

I just use this as an online database of my exercises for easy reference when friends and other gym members ask me what my workouts are. I dont do the tracking things, so thats why there are huge gaps on here and with my workout recordings.

About Me

I began excercising after I dislocated my shoulder a number of times during baseball. By the time I was done with physical therapy I weighed 220lbs, and I wanted to reinvent myself for college, so in the next 3 months I dropped 60 lbs, and have been building muscle and working hard since then. That was 2 years ago and now I'm almost to my goal, WITHOUT the use of emasculating supplements like Creatine and the like, just a good diet plan I have built and uncompromising bodyweight workout that pushes my strength as well as my endurance and stamina, a combination of military bodyweight exercises, gymnastic exercises, and "functional" muscle motions.
