About Me
Im trying to loose the fluff around my waist and increase size. A few years ago I was quite a bit more muscular but still had the fluff. I quit the gym and havent lifted for almost 9 months and lost almost all my size. Now I want to get it back and get my bodyfat down as well. Just cant seem to get my diet to where im loosing body fat.
