YAY.... you've been missed
I'm glad you are back... and I must say I am envious of your breakfast. Mine left about 6:30 this morning...not good. I'm attempting to water it down until snack time (26 years old and I now have a snack time)... :) You are doing great girl, I hope you know that!

Weight Loss
Well, I lost 7 pounds in the last week, and it is very motivating. It may be closer to 5 since I weighed this MORNING instead of the afternoon...it makes a difference...however, I plan to start weighing in on Thursday mornings, so that's what I'm going with! Counting calories isn't bad...I've done this before, and it's better than counting points, and it's cheaper than Weight Watchers! Can't afford to do that right now...so I'm thankful that I have friends that pointed me to this site! The plan for the next week is to keep on doing what I'm doing. Tracking EVERYthing I eat and working out at least 3x a week. My goal is to start doing my ab workout beginning tomorrow morning. One thing at a time...my 5k is on Saturday, so I'll at least get in 3 miles on Saturday morning! :-) Thanks to everyone for their motivation! Keep on keeping on!
