Sidetracked_ Lots of family stuff going on lately.
I've been traveling quite a bit lately and still not that good with my fitness program just yet. I figure I will start fresh at the beginning of the month. This will give me time to prepare myself. I have improved though... I reduced from more than 200 Lbs at 1April2010 to currently at 169Lbs. I can now wear my clothing that I haven't worn since the late 1990s. That's a big change for me. I just need to focus on my run and getting stronger again.

Tough, but working on it.
It's been really tough fitting in Full Time Work, Full Time School, My home life, and Fitness. Some evenings (like tonight again) I am up to almost 2AM completing homework assignments, and still need to get up at 4:30 - 5AM... to take care of the dogs and "GO To the Gym". On Gym days, I need to be completed and at work no later than 6:45AM ... so I can shower and refresh before everyone arrives. My scheduling is quite hectic for now... this will get easier, as I get back into the practice of fitness in the AM.

Fresh Start as of 1March2010
I made a huge leap financially. I decided to upgrade my phone to the iPhone (Smartphone) so I can use its many functions and help to track fitness progress daily. I further went out to purchase a 2 YR membership with 24HR Fitness. This is a major factor during the cold season for me. I will be starting this a new. My weight is tooo much for me and I really need to do this. So, I guess this makes it a personal goal (along with my school).
