happy thursday!
Sorry i didn't get out of the gym till 9pm last night. Can i call you tonight? i'll be home early and then we can have our weekly update. It's hard to avoid carb, it's so easy to eat. it's harder to eat protein at work because i can cook something fresh. Can't we live in europe and have the afternoon off to go home and make lunch. i love eating salads but hate making them. Argh...anywya I'll call you today. Ciao, Michelle

You've not been eating or not tracking your calories. Tomorrow I will weigh myself at the gym and post an update. Can I call you Thursday with an update? I figure I will weigh myself at the gym every week for consistency. I worked out pretty good last week, and then this weekend I was craving protein and carbs. It's so easy to go for the carbs over protein. My calorie intake jumped up this weekend. I got to be careful with the food intake after working out. We will talk soon! ~Michelle
