About Me
I've hit 40 (41 actually), given up smoking about 2 years ago and piled on an extra 30KG. I figure I have to do something or I will be dead by 45. Although I want to loose 35KG, my main goal is to feel 10 years younger. Looking for Gymbuddies to keep me motivated:-)

too bloody hot
Melbourne is experiencing a heat wave this week (40+), so it is time for indoor activities. Time to dust off the Wii Fit.

Go to the top of the class!
Gratz on the A grade for working out! As for the nutrition you'll find once you start eating healthy food you won't have cravings so much for the bad stuff. By the way if you want to cut calories it's not from your BMR - your Basal Metabolic Rate is the amount of calories your body would burn if you didn't do anything else - you usually multiply that by a modifier for how active you are which gives you your TDEE - that's the amount you want to be looking at. Gyminee does it for you if you don't want to mess about calculating it yourself.
