Now that i'm back from vacation I'm recording my foods again. I haven't had a chance to get on the scale but will do so within the next few days. Today I was within my goal for protein (woo!) and fat but over on calories and carbs. This balancing act of eating is quite difficult!

I actually had my recommend amount of protein today! I was under on carbs & calories and over on fat (but not by much!). I'm not that hungry today though because I'm so excited about my trip tomorrow. I have decided I'm not going to stick to these goals while I'm gone but I'm going to be semi-conscious of what I eat. I'll try to avoid stuffing myself silly at buffets and opt for healthier items when possible. I'll do a weigh-in when I get back.

Gah! I'm over on my fat and I haven't even had the recommended amount of calories. I still feel hungry too. I'm going to chow down on some fruit and drink some water now.

Today I went over on fat and once again under on protein. I did well on carbs and calories though. Hopefully I'll find a balance of everything.

My first full day of tracking food here at Gyminee is complete. Not shocking that I went over on carbs and didn't have enough protein. Oh how I love my carbs!
