well today was not a good day. Oh well tomorrow will be better

10/22- Day 4
Had a decent day today. Ate out at lunch which wasn't the best but had a shake for dinner to make up. Got in day 2 of c25K was easier than the first one

Had a good day today. Study, Meal Plan. No exercise since kiddo decided to stay awake until 10:30

10/20 - Day 2
Today was a good day. Started out with study. Followed meal plan. Helpful when no free lunch at work. Found a really yummy meal replacement shake so that is helpful. Walked on the treadmill even though i would have rather sat on my butt good job me

So today was the official restart of trying to get remotivated. Started c25K today. Did well with diet, exercise, and study
